Many people have similar concerns about what is meant by 'mental health,' and there is often considerable stigma about seeking support. This film addresses some of those concerns.
This film has been developed in partnership with doctors, patients, psychotherapists and organisations working with the Bangladeshi community, and combines the guidance and advice of medical professionals and religious leaders.
